Stick on Disposables
As part of the scanning procedure, a custom designed set of stick-on disposables housing the receiving sensors are positioned around the breast. They are made of biocompatible material, firmly coupling the sensors to the skin and are held in place by a thin layer of biocompatible adhesive. The image below shows an array of sensors housed within the disposable stick-on.
