Quantason has developed a suite of proprietary signal processing algorithms which form the core of the IDUS™ system. The algorithms contain the intelligence needed to extract key information not provided by conventional ultrasound. The algorithms analyze the received signals, and identify and locate suspicious targets in real-time, based upon their response to the excitation signals sent by the ultrasonic imaging transducer.
